Our extensive research on the carriage load body roof has led us to an invention. The research indicates that, goods carrier vehicles are made with permanent fixed roofs and open type carriages causing serious logistic and maintenance issues for vehicle owners.

Primarily pertaining to the permanent fixed roof, the goods stacking height is greater than the roof capacity, therefore making it impossible for transport. The issue with open roof types is the dependency on weather conditions or risking damage to the contents. Fixed roof option eliminates any flexibility for increasing the carriage load and stacking capacity.

Mobile Concrete Block Testing Unit for Ultra Tech Cement

Ultra Tech is the largest manufacturer of grey cement, ready-mix concrete, and white cement in India with an installed capacity of 116.75 million tonnes per annum. We have successfully delivered a Mobile concrete block testing unit for Ultra Tech Cement Hubballi.

Our Scope was to Design and fabricate the vehicle body on FRP on an existing Mahindra Bolero double cabin vehicle. The project started with an initial concept styling stage to 3D CAD model and then 2D manufacturing drawing release. FRP moulds were prepared in our in-house facility through skilled sheet metal fabrication process. The unit is loaded with a product display shelf and 32” TV along with the Concrete block testing machine.
